Belazu is a renowned food company that specialises in creating and supplying a wide range of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients. The company’s products are favoured by professional chefs and home cooks alike for their exceptional flavour and versatility.

In 2019 we assisted Belazu with a complex platform migration to Magento 2 Open Source coupled with WordPress for content management.

Shortly after launch, the company reached out to us with an SEO project to grow organic visibility and drive direct to consumer sales.

Strategy

Belazu had been through a full URL audit and migration when re-platforming and so from a technical SEO perspective, the website was in a stable position in line with search engine crawlers.

Following in-depth keyword research, all on-page content and off-page elements were reviewed and a plan formulated to optimise them. Focusing on bounce and conversion rates, we were also able to identify areas of disconnect within the site and implement change.
