Rainbow Club have been designing, making and colouring handmade satin wedding and occasion shoes since 1986. Stocked in department stores nationwide, they are now firmly established as one of the UK’s leading and most inspirational producers.

A wonderland of footwear and accessories, Rainbow Club offer an exclusive service whereby they hand-dye their shoes and accessories in any shade. Struggling to get their USP across and reach out to occasion wear buyers as well as brides-to-be, Netmatter were invited to re-imagine the website inline with new branding.

Rainbow Club needed an elegant, user-friendly website that not only showcased their award winning bridal collection, but also their expanding occasion wear and accessories product range.

Using analytics to inform date-led design, we delivered a website that showcased the beauty of Rainbow Club products whilst increasing online performance. A simplified category structure with a clear user journey resulted in a site that is both visually appealing and user-friendly. Introducing separate categories for bridal and women’s shoes, we were able to provide clarity for users as they shopped. Since its launch in May 2019, ecommerce conversions have increased 24.31% (from 1.58% to 1.96%) and revenue has increased by a massive 72.20% Year on Year.
